History: As I was watching several technical presentations from big Japanese studios (Square Enix, Capcom, Bandai Namco etc), I noticed that bone chains were used in a lot of productions for hair, accessories, cloth etc. However I couldn't find an equivalent bone based solution in Blender that had everything needed so thought it could be very useful to make one!
